专利说明:
CLOTHING OF PROPRIOCEPTION FOR THE TREATMENT OF AUTISM DISORDERS Technical field The present invention relates to the field of medical devices for the treatment of patients with autistic disorders. The invention is particularly directed to compression proprioception garment for such treatments for autistic disorders. STATE OF THE ART Autism is a complex developmental disorder whose clinical signs are both qualitative and quantitative disorders in three domains: social interactions, verbal and nonverbal communication, and the field of interests and activities that are restricted and repetitive. Autism is still described as a disorder of neuroinclusion and sensory neuro-modulation. Sensory integration is defined as a neurophysiological process that filters, organizes and processes sensory information from our body and the environment to produce an appropriate response, an effective action to achieve a goal. Sensory modulation is a regulatory mechanism of the central nervous system whose function is to filter (facilitate or inhibit) relevant stimuli from those who are not. On the cognitive level, it is the selective attention that plays a key role in the ability to select what is interesting in the environment, namely to focus on the conversation in progress while inhibiting ambient noise, for example . Sensory disorders affect about 40% of people with autism. This proportion is also found in Asperger's syndrome. Sensory disturbances are strongly present during childhood and persist in adulthood, although attenuation is observed. All sensory modalities are affected and are marked either by hypersensitivity (hyperacusis, for example) or hyposensitivity (insensitivity to pain, for example). Sensory disturbances are of interest to all sensory modalities in autistic people: the areas of hearing, vision, taste, smell, touch, but also proprioception and vestibular sense, both of which are closely correlated. Proprioception involves muscles and joints. These convey information to the brain about the location of body parts and their movements. Proprioception is about body awareness. Motor disorders are very present in autism and are highly correlated with sensory disorders. All people with autism have difficulties in building awareness of their body. The vestibular sense is about balance. The receptors located in the inner ear provide the brain with information about the body's position in space, specifically the speed and direction of a movement. The balance is often disrupted with heterogeneous skills and deficits. For example, the static balance (immobilization and limb control) is in place but the dynamic balance is difficult and will be marked by problems in the race, stand on one foot ... The opposite is possible, the l The child will show extraordinary feats of balance on heights but will be unable to stand still for a few moments (stay a moment sitting for example). Vestibular stimulation, such as swaying, is often present and is a characteristic sign of people with autism. There are two types of approach to treat autistic disorders, namely rehabilitation and, accommodations and adaptations. Rehabilitation will be provided by occupational therapists trained in sensory approaches: progressive addiction work; desensitization work such as the sensory diet, and by psychologists trained in cognitive and behavioral therapies: explanation of the cause of the noise; cognitive rehabilitation ... The arrangements and adaptations possible in the environment are diverse, including the use of tight clothing, with particular regard to the present invention. It is recognized that the use of clothing that puts pressure on the body makes it possible to soothe patients with autistic disorders through proprioception. Among the known prior art, the patent application WO2012046068A1 relates to a proprioception garment for the treatment of autism disorders. This proprioception garment has an inflatable chamber with compartments, the configuration of which ensures pressure on a part of the body. This proprioception garment design requires the use of clothing inflation equipment. In addition, the inflation is random and depends on the therapist or the person (for example a relative) who puts the garment on the person with autism. As a result, the pressure applied to the body part of the autistic person is generally not suitable for effective treatment. Summary of the invention The present invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks. For this purpose, the invention relates to a proprioception garment for the treatment of autistic disorders. The proprioception garment according to the present invention is made to measure in a textile material and is configured to surround at least a part of the body of the autistic person to be treated by compressing it uniformly, the pressure exerted on said part of the body being at least 7 mmHg. This design guarantees an effective treatment of the person with autism, since it is simply necessary to put the custom proprioception garment on the body part of the person with autism, without any inflation, with the assurance of applying a homogeneous pressure and providing the desired effects. The Applicant has noted the need to apply a suitable uniform pressure exceeding a certain threshold around the part of the body needing to be compressed, to activate the senses and effectively treat the person with autism. In all cases, a minimum pressure of 7 mmHg around the body part can achieve surprising results, including better postures, a reduction in enuresis, a reduction of self-injury on compressed areas, a clear decrease behavioral disorders, the autistic person seeks contact and interacts more with others. The proprioception garment according to the invention requires a tailor-made design to be appropriate for the part of the body to be compressed and to apply the desired pressure around said body part. In one embodiment, the proprioception garment according to the invention comprises at least two tailored garment pieces adapted to two different parts of the body, said garment pieces being interconnected by connecting pieces or even directly by seams. These pieces of clothing may consist of a vest or jersey and leggings or tights, in long sleeves of a vest or jersey and in mittens or gloves, in legs of leggings or tights and socks. The proprioception garment may also consist of a combination of these different pieces of clothing so as to constitute a combination compressing the whole body of the person with autism, except possibly the head. According to the invention, the proprioception garment comprises thermoregulatory means configured to heat-regulate the at least part of the body of the autistic person concomitantly with compression. In one embodiment, the proprioception garment comprises a first thickness in a textile material configured to provide a compression of at least 7 mmHg around the body part and to participate in the thermoregulation of the body, and a second thickness in a textile material configured in particular for thermo-regulating the body part. However, other embodiments could be envisaged, the proprioception garment could in particular comprise a single thickness configured to concomitantly ensure by itself a minimum compression of 7 mmHg around the part of the body and thermo-regulate said part of the body. According to this embodiment where the proprioception garment comprises two thicknesses, the first thickness constitutes the outer layer and the second thickness constitutes the inner layer of said proprioception garment. In addition, the textile material of the second thickness is configured to facilitate donning the proprioception garment. Positioning the second thickness inside has several advantages. Indeed, it allows the use of a softer textile material that will slide more easily on the skin of the autistic person, thus facilitating donning. Moreover, the positioning of this second thickness in contact with the body part makes it possible to increase the extension of the textile material of the first thickness, which reduces the possibilities of grasping the first thickness with the fingers for the autistic person. This reduces the risk of tearing proprioception garment by the autistic person wearing said garment. In one embodiment of the proprioception garment according to the invention, the textile material of the first thickness is composed of a weaving or knitting of 59% polyamide fibers and 41% elastane fibers. Preferably, said textile material has undergone a silver treatment of plus or minus 0.25 gr / m2. Advantageously, the textile material of the second thickness is composed of a weaving or knitting of 79% RECO® polyamide fibers and 21% elastane fibers. The proprioception garment according to the invention may be a glove, a mitten, a sock, a head-dress, a hood, a leggings, a tights, a swimsuit, a vest, a combination, an association of these aforementioned garments , or just a sleeve. Brief description of the figures The following description relates to non-limiting design variants of proprioception garments for the treatment of autistic disorders according to the invention. This description is based on figures, among which: FIG. 1 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of sleeve type as such, which can be positioned independently around a part of the body; FIG. 2 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of sticky or legging type comprising; FIG. 3 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of the jersey or vest type; FIG. 4 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of cap type; FIG. 5 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of glove type; FIG. 6 illustrates a proprioception garment according to the invention, of the sock type, FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate two nonlimiting design modes of a proprioception garment according to the invention, ensuring a thermoregulation of the body part compressed. detailed description In the remainder of the description, the same references are used to designate identical or equivalent characteristics. In Figure 1, the proprioceptive garment 1 consists of a single piece 2 made to be positioned around a part of the body 3 very precise and to compress it. This part of the body 3 may be, for example, the calf, the thigh, the waistband, the bust, the forearm, the forearm or the headband, a hand or a foot, and even others. parts of the body. Positive results were found on autistic individuals using custom made pieces 2 in textile materials configured to exert a minimum pressure of 7 mmHg on different parts of the body. Research has been pushed in this direction by using proprioceptive clothing 1 made to measure and composed of several pieces exerting pressures beyond 7mmHg on different parts of the body 3, namely the calves, the thighs, the buttocks, the forearm or forearms, head circumference, hands, feet, waist belt, lap belt, chest, or even entire bust. The behaviors of autistic people using these clothes 1 were then analyzed, these autistic people being composed of children aged 7 to 16 years. Remarkable results have been observed as previously specified. In Figure 2, the proprioception garment 1 is a tights or leggings 4 which comprises two legs 5, 6 each compressing the calves and thighs of the autistic person, and a belt size 7 compressing the size. The pressures exerted on the legs and the size are greater than 7 mmHg, these being able to be identical or different. In Figure 3, the proprioception garment 1 is a jersey or vest 8 which comprises two sleeves 9, 10 being positioned at the arms and a last sleeve 11 positioned around the trunk of the autistic person. The sleeves 9, 10 and the sleeve 11 are assembled together by means of seams (not shown), so as to constitute said proprioception garment 1. The sleeves 9, 10 and the sleeve 11 ensure a minimum pressure of 7 mmHg around the arms and the trunk of the autistic person. In Figure 4, the proprioception garment 1 is a cup 12 which comprises a sleeve 13 positioned around the head at the forehead of the autistic person. This sleeve ensures a pressure of at least 7 mmHg. The cup 12 also comprises a piece 14 of textile material connected to the sleeve 13, which can also provide a pressure greater than 7 mmHg or less. One could also consider a cup 12 in one piece ensuring a minimum pressure of 7 mmHg on the entire head. In Figure 5, the proprioception garment 1 is a glove 15 or a mitten providing compression around the fingers 16 and around the wrist 17 which is at least 7 mmHg. In Figure 6, the proprioception garment 1 is a sock 18 having two sleeves 19, 20 connected by means of a connecting piece 21 positioned at the heel, and seams (not shown), the first sleeve 19 ensuring pressure around the ankle and the second sleeve 20 providing pressure around the foot. The pressures exerted are at least 7 mmHg. The proprioception garment 1 may also be composed of a combination of two of the proprioception garments illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 6, or even more than two, connected together by connecting pieces and / or seams (not shown). One can also provide a combination of all these proprioception clothing so as to constitute an integral combination ensuring a minimum pressure of 7 mmHg on the entire body of the person with autism. The proprioception garment 1 is designed to thermoregulate the body part that it surrounds and compresses. For this, as shown in Figure 7, the proprioception garment 1 has two thicknesses 22, 23 sewn together. The first thickness 22 is made to measure to ensure a minimum compression of 7 mmHg around the body part and is the outer layer of proprioception garment 1. This first thickness also participates in the thermoregulation of the body of the person with autism. The second thickness 23 constitutes the inner layer of the proprioception garment 1, which comes into contact with the skin of the autistic person wearing said proprioception garment 1. This second thickness 23 is a lining made to thermoregulate the body part and to to offer a softer surface that favors the donning of proprioception garment 1 on the part of the body that it compresses. The presence of this second thickness 23 furthermore makes it possible to tension the first thickness 22 once the proprioception garment 1 has been put on the body of the autistic person. This increase in the tension of the first thickness 22 reduces the possibilities of grasping it with the fingers, which reduces the risks of tearing of the proprioception garment 1 by the autistic person wearing it. Preferably, the first thickness 22 is made to measure in a textile material consisting of a weave or a knitting based on 59% polyamide fibers and 41% elastane fibers, this textile material being treated at the same time. silver at 0.25 gr / m2, plus or minus 0.1 gr / m2. Preferably, the second thickness 23 is made of a textile material consisting of a weave or knitting based on 79% RECO® polyamide fibers and 21% elastane fibers. As illustrated in FIG. 8, it would also be possible to provide a proprioception garment 1 comprising a single thickness 24 made to measure in a textile material which alone can ensure concomitantly a minimum compression of 7 mmHg and a thermoregulation of the body part of the body. the autistic person. The foregoing detailed description is in no way limiting. On the contrary, it aims to remove any imprecision as to its scope. Thus, many variants of proprioception garment 1 may be considered according to the autistic disorders of people with autism.
